My local dealer (whom I do most of his computer work) has a nice group of dollars on Ebay closing tomorrow. Here is a link.

    Was your local dealer at the FUN show? If he was I think I might have bought a pattern half dollar from him. There can't be too many dealers from Montana that set up at FUN. If it is the same guy I would like to do more business with him whenever possible. GREAT coin at a Great price.image

    I must ask dbdledie, is this Gary Adtkins? I remember he was at a small show in Vegas last year and had some really nice Morgans that I had to pass because his was one of the last tables I got to and I had blown most of my cash already (did get one killer MS66 from him though). If so, I would like to know how to contact him. Thanks.

    Which Gary Adkins are you talking about? The dealer I am talking about is Dale Williams. He has worked with one of the Gary's quite a bit, and I would not be surprised if Gary had some of these dollars at some time. They were partners on some deals last year, underbidders on the 1893-S in the Stack's sale etc.

    More than one Gary Adkins? Boy, now I'm really lost, Anyway, the guy that I am looking for attended the Las Vegas Numismatic Society show last year and had two cases full of really choice material (all morgans). He stood with one foot on the ground and one foot on his suit case. Hewas at the October Long Beach show last year behind the collector USA booth, but did not have his nice coins there, all I saw were the overpriced, average, picked over Morgans that "dalonega" offers on eBay. Please let me know if you can help. Thanks.

    These coins are not Gary's, but you do have the right Gary Adkins in mind. The other has Minneapolis Gold and Silver.

    "dalonega" still has the coins that wondercoin had left for me. I hope that Dale goes to Long Beach to get them.
