All other things (including cash to buy), do purchases and sales of ultra rarities take place, in pa

...... personal relationships?
For example, if multiple buyers seek the same ultra rare coin and are willing to pay the same price, how common is it for the coin to be sold (by a dealer or collector) to someone they know and like (someone in the "club") as opposed to someone they do not know, or know but do not like (someone not in the "club")?
Does this happen, or is it fantasy to imagine that a "club" actually exists, whose members have all (well, most) of the ultra rarities and tend to want to keep these coins in the club?
