Thanks for guesses and comments. I don't really know early copper, but I'd like to acquire some.
Found this at a show a while back and liked the look. The color is a tad lighter in hand.

I would net out a 50 because of the chin and neck hits. Very nice coin with better than 50 details.

It is tough to tell but I think that there is corrosion on the first star and possibly the second "8" at the top. Cannot tell if the defect on bust is planchet flaw -- 55+/40+. I think that it could have BB'ed. Several contact marks that are not that subtle for higher grade. If I am wrong on corrosion I would be rluctant to pay 50 money for it. I checked my 28's and my C3 is 45+ by EAC and has better eye appeal.
