Color toned 1939 Merc sold to CU forum member, do you still have it?
A while back, maybe a few years ago, I sold a neat Merc to a forum member. It is one of those coins I wish I hadn't sold. Well I guess I would sell anything if offered enough money. I just wish I asked for more for this beauty:

Anybody else regret selling any color toned coins? Still got photos? If so please post them...

<< <i>Just two that I really, really regret selling and two others that would be nice to have back. All Mercury Dimes that were sold to forum members. A 19S that was graded MS66 PCGS with a very nice middle band and some light color. Fcloud owns it and barbs me everytime he gets a chance. A 18D that was graded MS65 PCGS that was close to FB and had some very, very nice color. A member bought it but I cannot remember who. A 25P Merc that was only graded MS64FB but was loaded with color and a 45S that was MS67 and again loaded with color. The 45S is used here by a couple of members off and on as a avatar.

Ken,
What would ever give you the idea I would barb you at every chance?

Although none of these are the coin, for some reason I seem to really like the 1939 dimes from all the mints...

I'll bet this one's in very good hands
As for stuff I've sold, no real regrets. Almost everything I sell is to free up cash so I can buy something nicer. Many times, my collection has shown itself to be built up, not simply added to. Sure, I really liked some of the coins I've sold, but there's a time for everything, and the rewards have been worth it.
