    I'm clueless on these but I'll guess proof 65 or proof 66 with a Cameo designation.

    Looks pretty mark free.
    Is there a small cud on the reverse? Looks like something is covering part of one of the stars.

    Looks like a nice pick up to me. If trimes were bigger I think everyone would collect them.

    upon further examination this coin is in fact an overdate, the second 6 is punched over an unknown digit and die crack on the top star at 12:00 extending right.

    I'm gonna guess 64 cam and possible dcam. Those mirrors are intense and the frost thick and unbroken. I bit of haze on the obverse, I'm wondering if a trip to NCS would be in order. I'd say dip the sucker, but this one is special and should be seen by the pros.

    Even if it graded higher by a few points I would never have the heart to dip her.
