I've always liked this obverse design, the Sower, and picked this one up on the bay for $8, not so bad, It's a 1918 in PCGS 64. It has a nice crusty look, some gold, blue and dark grey around the edges.

It looks like they saw strike weakness on the sower's left leg where others might see wear.

If you look at the hair and leg on the obverse, and the leaves on the reverse, the luster is uninterrupted, just not fully struck.

I agree, nice coin, somewhat weak strike.
