I'm hearing that the premiums over melt value have increased for junk silver and common gold coins, even the common moderns.
Does any of this increase come from new "retail" traffic at shops and shows? And, is any of this interest spilling into "collector" coins, such as Morgans, Walkers, etc. Examples would be coins at low price points, like MS63 1881-S Morgans, common date MS walkers.
Has local show retail traffic increased?
