Has this happened to you??

I closed off my 1966 baseball set (Mark's 66's) from view a few months ago. Not just because I was nearing the end of completing the set. I was suspicous that someone was bidding me up out of misguided spite, and poof, the bids that came on cards I needed went away. The bidder in question already had the cards he/she was bidding on in their registered set. Not naming names, just happy that it's over.
Collecting 64, 66, 67, 70 & 71 Baseball. Cubs, wax, cello & rack baseball.

  • That can be an unfortunate side effect of registry competition.

Say what you like about the tenets of National Socialism, Dude, at least it's an ethos.

It has never happened to me, but now I know why some of these guys do not allow their registries to be seen.
