Any hope for this 1963 Proof Franklin?

I have this 1963 Franklin which has some nice cameo contrast on the obverse and reverse. However there are some discracting spots just above the "R" in trust, on top of Franlkin's head just under the "B", and yellow/brown spotting in the fields which shows up in the pics like a blue/white color. I was toying with the idea of dipping it in some eZest that I have, but didn't know if that was the best way to remove some of the distractions . Anyone have any suggestions for me? It would be greatly appriciated? Thanks!!!

Here's the coin in question image

Dipping might take off a lot of the haze but nothing will remove the spots.image

To be honest, I don't know anything about acetone. Do you think it might work better thatn eZest? If so, how do you use it?
