Look man, I'm trying to help you. In another thread you asked if your 60s cards had a shot at an 8 and they all looked like 4s, 5s and 6s. You clearly don't know what PSA looks for and I'm trying to help you understand that there is usually some type of logic to the way they grade. There's a 99% chance that the Hillary Rose 7 has something on it you missed- they don't just hand out 7s on modern cards for no reason. Scan the card as big and clear as you can on the front and back and we might be able to help you find what you missed.

Yup
On the seven you most likely have a bend in the edge on one of the corners.
A perfect looking card with that problem will get a 7 almost all the time.
