Why not by one from the mint and try your luck. They ARE back for sale as of today!

I'd probably end up spending more than just buying one already graded. I'd buy 20 from the mint, send back 15 of them, send 5 to PCGS, and maybe get one back in PR70DCAM. Not worth the trouble or expense!

Well as a collector of many years a PF70 vs PF69 is hard to determine. You send in a graded PF70 5 times and see the results. For me OGP is fine if the coins in them are fine as well as a PF69 on any back year I didn't have. 70's are a waste of money IMO they boomed in 2006 when Platinum was up and mintages were down but that went away when the price and interest in flipping went down.

I've really never seen a perfect coin so to me all PF/MS 70's are overgraded anyway so what do I knowimage
