Germany 1940D Occupied Territories 5p - pix added

I have one of these that has very nice details but so far only shows up as a grey disc when I scan it. I think this is due to the very shallow strike. I'll post my best effort tomorrow.
Anyway, I have a couple questions:
1. Can zinc be preserved / restored by soaking in an olive oil bath like old coppers?
2. Krause lists this as KM98 with a $100 value in UNC. Can a zinc coin be UNC with no lustre?
3. Anyone got a photo to post of a nice example for comparison?
Thanks in advance.
OK - here are the best scans I could get. Coin is much darker in hand with no splotches in color.

Not sure if the link is working, first time I've posted a link.

1. Yes. I like Vaseline, personally, but olive oil (or better yet, mineral oil) can also be used.
2. I personally am of the opinion that some of this zinc stuff can be graded UNC with no luster (I've done it myself), but you couldn't call it "BU" without luster.
3. Sorry, can't help there. I've never actually seen any of the "holey" types, but think they're neat.
