Again some freaking sniper system shot me down. I waited exacty 10:00pm and 31 seconds and got outbid. I was high bidder on a coin at that time for $65 and the final bid was $130.
As I like Teletrade sometimes these auction houses are not fair. Ebay though I can bid with 3 seconds to go and usally win what I need. But again anyone have the exact time Teletrade auctions end?
Thanks for your help because.(I'M ANGRY AND I AM HURTING)

The auctions do seem to all end at the same time every night. It's just a matter of synchronizing it to YOUR clock.
Any time that anyone says will be off just a tad. If you want to snipe in the last 10 seconds or so, you need to know when those auctions end relative to your own timepiece, not someone elses. In an ideal world, they would all be the same. In reality, they are all off a little bit.
When you get close to the end, refresh the TeleTrade page and take note at what exact time the auctions go dead. The next day, put your snipe bid in as close as you dare to that time. Ten seconds usually does it for me. I've cut it too close a time or two and bid too late. But only on items that are not Terribly Important. Successful manual sniping is a fine line to walk.
Of course, there is the tried and true method of determining your Absolute Maximum price beforehand, entering it into the system, and letting it run out. It avoids the last second excitement that gets you to click on Big Bad Mistake Bid Buttons.
Probably, on the other hand, the possibility exists someone hit a last second bid and actually met the reserve.
Without knowing what time it is at Teletrade, if I hit my max bid early on and the coin sells for more, so be it... if I put a bid in at the last second, it better be my max bid or a little more.
Sounds like you would have bid more if you knew the possibility existed someone would outbid you at the last second. So why not bid your max on your bid, be happy if the coin sells for less and be happy if the coin goes nuclear and sells for more than your max bid because you know you gave a fair offer?
Hope this helps!

Usually about 2 minutes before I remember that I wanted to bid on something.
<< <i>Me reserve, me play joke, me go p p in your coke. >>
I guess you pissed in my coke.
I remember that phrase somewhere was that on Art Linkletter?
<< <i>IMHO, I haven't heard of a sniper program that works on Teletrade... is there one out there?

Steve, I don't know what the Teletrade auction time is. But I was over $40 at 31 seconds past 10pm cutoff time.
So if you know the TT time let me know thanks George

Thanks and thanks to Badger. This will help me play fair. Damn I wanted that coin to finish yet another Statehood clad NGC 70 quarter collection. Oh well, hell in a few months there will be more coins for low prices I might have to pass.
