MS-32. I'll add another MS-32 when I see the reverse.

MS-32 + MS-32 = MS-64

But honestly, I don't know what the grade is

and I'm probably way over-grading it!!!

It really looks like chocolate up close. I'm tempted to display it at an upcoming ANA show as the world's largest edible coin.
