Great Britain 1818 LIX CROWN PISTRUCCI ERROR?

Just today I received this coin, bought from Heritage.
(Large pic, please wait for download)

It appears that some letters are missing from “Pistrucci” below the bust. Can this be attributed to a worn die or it is considered an error? Also would PCGS attribute it?
Thanks for your help!

<< <i>I would think a filled die. Not a major error IMO. I doubt PCGS would recognize it but I don't know that for sure. Fantastic coin though! >>

edited to add: Wonderful coin and I seriously doubt PCGS will attribute this even with a letter from the Queen
