Yes, a PSA 1 or an authentic, due to the centering and print marks or creases. Still a nice oddball item. I like the old inserts which are likely more rare than the regular issue. JMO

Actually, it'll probably grade a PSA 2 or PSA 3 unless they want to drop it in a PSA 5 (MC).
