Please help me Grade and ID the variety for this 1829 Bust Half-Dime

Please help me ID this 1829 Bust Half-Dime variety. I think I know which it is, but the 1829's seem to give me more problems than I'd like.
Sorry about the grainy pictures, this is the best I could get while making the image larger, but not too large!

Thanks guys, that's what I thought it was, but wasn't quite sure.

Do you think it would grade EF-40, or is this a VF-30/35 coin?

IMO 30-35 but again I'm not that experienced in this series.

That area is ever so slightly lighter than the surrounding color, but it gets highlighted in the image more by the light I'm using.
