Atta boy Jesse! Apparently some thieves think that their victims are as stupid and as lazy as they are. You definitely are on track for proving this slob to be clueless.

There was just something that was raising red flags for me with this guy and I didn't want to just chalk it up as being "part of doing business", that's a stupid thing to say. Part of doing business is when you get cherry picked, or you make a bad investment. I don't think it is letting yourself get robbed and just say, oh well.
I will let this die now that I have some resolution but will kick it back up if something else exciting happens.

I think Paypal could have solved it without putting you through so much to get them to do what they should have done sooner.
