<< <i>Hm. What's after dollars? Quarter eagles? >>
in the same thread. i do not have my thinking cap on. thanks anyway ;-)
I finally figured it out and gave you my guess though as $50 is $50!
The name is LEE!
Thanks 501 then...hate not to recycle an old message already
I wouldn't want someone to refrain from entering that contest because they did not understand the rules.
The rules:
I have a number of Presidential Dollars, somewhere between 500 and 3500. Guess how many I have.
Three prizes.
The three closest picks will all win!
The closest guess will get to choose their prize of the three. The second closest guess gets to choose their prize of the remaining two. The third place winner will get the prize the other two did not pick.
So...just pick a number between 500 and 3500...you might win something worth about $50.
In fact, if you want to guess here in this thread, that is okay. I will combine the answers from both threads tonight. (answering once in each thread will not get you two entries! One entry per person please!)

How about 3125?
Prize A:
Two numismatic rolls. Now some folks might think these are worthless. But the really forward thinking numismatists who do not fear holding coins for 20 generations or so might actually end up making money on these coins. Not.
Prize B:
The peace dollar looks like it may have it's original skin. The Morgan dollar is bright and thus dipped. The Ike is a strange animal. I see a patch of what looks like odd corrosion on the front. Some very thin layer of something that is very hard and mineral like. It's as if someone tried to clean this coin but did not use a chemical powerful enough to clean it all the way. And an ASE; an item that says 'one dollar' on the back.
Prize C:
A worn coin that looks to me like it has been cleaned and retoned. It comes out of my Dansco for an upgrade. Still, I think it is worth on the order of the other two prizes. I'm trying to go for about $50 for each prize.
