I was given a bunch of foreign coins today.

Naturally, there's far more than that worth in "bullion" copper content, and worth more again as a collectable coin. 1950 is in fact a slightly scarcer than average year; my Krause catalogue puts it at $6 in VF, $21 in EF; I'd grade this one gVF.

err that's not foriegn, that's a British penny which has not been in circulation since decemalisation in the early 1970's. Am I to assume you are somewhere in one of our former colonies
