PSA REHOLDER SERVICE QUESTION

Just wondering if PSA will reholder this card for free. I know they will reholder if there are factual errors on the label. On this particular card, the label info is correct, but it looks like maybe the label was fed too far into the printer and the lettering is about a 1/4" down from the top. Sorry for the fuzzy scan - I should have used window cleaner instead of water. Thanks for any opinions.

BTW, I think it was a generous 9 with that print dot to the side of his right ear.
That's an older flip. I notice the red border is different from the one they use now. That one has rounded inside corners and the current one is squared off.
I wonder if on the older flips the print was that far down normally?
Anybody have another example of an older flip like this?

lawnmowerman,
I asked the question about how many versions of labels PSA uses in an older thread last week. One of the members said they've seen several variations. He noted that the first labels had slashed zeros. Still no answer from PSA staff. I'm kind of disappointed with customer service on the boards.
