What do you think ANACS graded this 1820/19 ?

This one was listed as PQ by the dealer in an old ANACS slab.
These are the ANACS slabs I always look at twice because I tend to agree
with their grading from this era most times.
This CBH has highly reflective almost proof like fields which are nice on a CBH, but
tend to show every nick like the PL and DMPL Morgans do.
What do you think ANACS graded her and what do you grade her?
PS- This is the O-102 and is known for a very soft obverse center strike that should not deter the grade.

I;d love to have that one in my collection, and I already have a couple 19/20s

The overall strike is the standard mushyness, but all other details are exceptional.
Great coin there

This one is in an XF40 ANACS slab.
I was drawn to this one for the actual overstrike.
This one has a lot of meat left on her bones and
the weaker center strike due to the lack of the metal flow
really forced the metal into the periphery, hence the nice star
detail and the nice overdate. This one could easily go into a
45 slab and maybe a 50 at some plastic houses.
I see a nice XF coin that still has a ton of luster and a very pleasing look.
Thanks guys.
edited to add this one is an ANACS 2,4xx,xxx slab
