Technically, the PCGS "Guide" applies to PCGS certified coins ONLY. When we use the guide for coin swaps we generally allow 85% of whatever it has in the way of prices as a guideline for NGC certified coins.
You could use greysheet ask OR research completed auctions for a truer feel for what the actual going rate is! You might also consider asking Cameonut. He could probably give you a better actual price as well.
