Cool 1830 CBH, but what makes it special?

I just picked this coin up for $96 shipped. What can you tell me about it. In an NGC VF 35 holder:

    Looks like a 0-122 if I am not mistaken.....but then I am still learning the diagnostics of these. D and S look close together and the S over Pluribus is to the left.


    Did I get it correct?

    Nope, not an O-122. Look at the placement of "A" in AMERICA in relation to the first Arrowhead, and you should see a difference.
