TV on BB coin?

Just got back my submission results and TV images on all the coins submitted except for the one that bodybagged.

I thought I would still get an image for a coin that did not grade?

I sent an email to customer service, just wondering if anyone had any insight.

Yes you can get a photo. Talk to Phil. He has a last name but I dont know it or his email. Maybe someone will chime in with his contact info.

It took me a minute to figure out what you were talking about as when I see TV, I don't immediately assume TruView.

PCGS will tru-view dang near anything and if you requested and paid for TruView, I'd call CS to find out why you didn;t get it on the BB coin.

His full name is Phil Arnold; there is an email address in his profile (he used to post here under the name darkhorse), but I don't know if he uses it anymore.

If you have an e-mail addy on the submit form, they usually e-mail you all the images in small, medium and large formats. The medium works best for posting in the forums.

If you don't get the e-mail from Phil, you should drop him a polite e-mail with the cert (or non-cert, for a BB) numbers and the submit numbers, and you will probably get a return e-mail in a day or two with your images.

The coins are imaged before they are graded. That's why TV's are available for BB'd coins.
