It's been only a month.
Has anyone noticed that many posts that would have been "offensive" in the US Forum-land have been a bit more liberally accepted here in PM-land?
More filling, less poofing!
Still, it feels sort of back-of-the-bus, but that's OK. I am a Marine. I'm use to it.
I admit, I hang out here much more than there. I learn more here. This has been revealing. I love "coins" but this separation has defined me. Guilty.
Ren, out

somehow be related back to PMs and coins in some way.
i post less to the us coin forum now.. but i do read most posts.
It is kind of funny when the market is crashing, it is business as usual here, and the USCF seems to be panic mode, with every other post a sky is falling thread. Here, it seems to be discussed with more reason, and less sensationalism.
I was "concerned" when the police banned or lost the thread for a few days.
That thread is the glue around these here parts.

That thread is the reason we have this forum.
I'm happy to be away from all the whiners and complainers.
I still visit there, but onlly after checking in here first.

A success in the sense that this forum is more open to topics that the US Coin Forum was not.
A failure in the sense that this forum has failed to make PM prices skyrocket, which is was I was guaranteed it would do. Hmph.
Wonder how that news traveled so fast?
I much prefer it over here.
Far more interesting and much deeper subjects that would be lost(or complained about) on the coin forum.

In a word... Lurkers
I've been reading the predictions thread since it started. I may have posted to it twice.
and thanks Carol for the lattitude!
coin lovers do have other interests and the back and forth of ideas economic and world related seem to be respectful when there are differences of opinion.
hey hi stork!
I knew it would happen.

well things could be worse... you could be from "over there" ;-)
