Sequestered!

It's been only a month.

Has anyone noticed that many posts that would have been "offensive" in the US Forum-land have been a bit more liberally accepted here in PM-land?

More filling, less poofing!image

Still, it feels sort of back-of-the-bus, but that's OK. I am a Marine. I'm use to it.

I admit, I hang out here much more than there. I learn more here. This has been revealing. I love "coins" but this separation has defined me. Guilty.

Ren, out

BTW, buy gold

i also enjoy this forum. it covers a wide variety of topics that all can
somehow be related back to PMs and coins in some way.

i post less to the us coin forum now.. but i do read most posts.

This is the first forum I go to... only after I've read these threads will I visit the US forum and World Coin forum.

  • I like this one too, and I agree that without the US COIN FORUM police (which I think I was called one of last week image ) we can post a little more liberally here than there.

It is kind of funny when the market is crashing, it is business as usual here, and the USCF seems to be panic mode, with every other post a sky is falling thread. Here, it seems to be discussed with more reason, and less sensationalism.

I am happy that the "Predictions" thread was put over here.

I was "concerned" when the police banned or lost the thread for a few days.

That thread is the glue around these here parts.

That thread is the reason we have this forum.

I'm happy to be away from all the whiners and complainers.

I still visit there, but onlly after checking in here first.

I'd call it both a success and a failure.

A success in the sense that this forum is more open to topics that the US Coin Forum was not.

A failure in the sense that this forum has failed to make PM prices skyrocket, which is was I was guaranteed it would do. Hmph.

  • I like it here as well. It clearly seems to have the more pertinent information for the times at hand.
Witty sig line currently under construction. Thank you for your patience.
  • We seem to have had several new and one time visitors for our first givaway. image

Wonder how that news traveled so fast?

I much prefer it over here.

Far more interesting and much deeper subjects that would be lost(or complained about) on the coin forum.

    another image for the forum

and thanks Carol for the lattitude!image

coin lovers do have other interests and the back and forth of ideas economic and world related seem to be respectful when there are differences of opinion.

    hey hi stork!
