My First Submissions

I submitted my first coins to PCGS about a month back (I am in Australia). I just submitted a couple of coins to see how the process went. Images are prior to grading (the coins wont be back in Australia for a couple of weeks)

Australia 1919 1d No Dots - picked this one up for US$18 shipped to Australia in a bag of a few other well circulated pennies off of ebay, something about the bad picture made me take a gamble on the 1919 being a higher grade. When the coin got here it was clearly an AU coin at least, but was the typical soft strike for the year. I sent it to see what PCGS made of the soft strike, I was expecting AU58 to MS61. Actual grade MS62BN

Australia 1958M 1d - bought as a gem coin here in Australia. I sent this one because it was the cleanest penny I have and I wanted to set this as the benchmark for the other pennies I send across in the next few months. Expected grade was MS64RB with some chance at MS65, actual grade was MS64RB.

Overall I have been happy with the process, and will be sending some more coins very shortly. Grading is interesting indeed.
