need help with this France 20 centimes

Please tell me if this is a correct slab ID - it says Y105 and mintage of 98,800 but I can't find it in Krause with that small of a mintage or with a Y150 designation?????

    newsman - I thought the same thing but the coin is not thicker then a regular coin and it is MS65 rather than PR65...so I'm still puzzled.

    Ah DCH - I think you might have it, this must be from a specimen FDC set that someone took apart , Hmmm so they designate these as MS.
