Does Toning get a premium?
I been thinking of selling an extra 1913 NGC MS64 Type 1 Buffalo Nickel that I have. Watching the sales of said nickels on EBay and the prices have been between $55-$75. I saw this: LINK
and was curious as to the price. It's at $76 with 3 days to go.
Is it the toning, mint, both, what?

It's a combination of the color, the photos, and the seller, who has been selling
such material on eBay for many years and has a huge audience.
moderated over the past year. Possibly due to
the fickle nature of collectors, the sky high
prices of such material or the growing concern
about doctoring of a number of such toned coins.

Personally I don't think that nickel is anything to get excited over but that's just my opinion.
In MS64:
The 1913-P type 1 Bids at $57.
The 1913-D type 1 Bids at $85.
The 1913-S type 1 Bids at $195.
That particular toning on that 13-D type 1 should bring a premium over the $85 because the colors are positively appealing.
