  • Could it also be that people don't even know they are broadcasting games? They go 162 game season with 0 telecasts and all of a sudden they are doing playoffs. Unbalanced and inconsistant with viewers.

It is confusing, I was watching the earlier game yesterday on Fox for awhile and then planned on watching the Rays-Red Sox that night but when I went to Fox I couldn't find it and then by surfing the dial I found it on TBS. I would guess I'm not the only one confused as to
    where the games are.

Fox has to be praying for the Red Sox instead of the Rays in the series and also for the Dodgers but I don't see them beating the Phillies.
It looks like there is going to be an all east coast world series one way or the other (if you consider the Rays as east coast which I do.)

A Phillies-Rays world series really wouldn't be that bad from a competition standpoint but neither team has the kind of national appeal
    that the Red Sox have.

Plus, you have the matter of the announcers. I've tried to watch each game, but I can't stand the rambling of the announcersimage...so I end up not watchingimage

If Buck Martinez (I think that's who it is) could shut up for just a minute each inning, the game might be less irritating to listen to.
