DALLAS - Dallas Cowboys cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones was involved in a fight with one of his bodyguards, according to Dallas police, the night before attending a previously scheduled team meeting with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.

No one was arrested and no one will be charged in connection with the fight late Tuesday night at The Joule, an upscale downtown hotel.

Jones missed all of last season for Tennessee while serving an NFL suspension for off-field incidents. Goodell fully reinstated the cornerback, acquired by Dallas in a trade in April, just before the season opener.

"Someone from the business called police," Dallas police spokesman Cpl. Jerry Monreal told The Associated Press. "Police arrived and spoke to the parties after they had a verbal argument. Both parties agreed to leave, and they left."

According to ESPN this morning he was at a Dallas hotel attending the premier of a movie, he refused to pay his hotel bill and started
smashing up furniture and fighting with his bodyguard (who was hired by Jerry Jones to keep him out of trouble). Alcohol may have been
a factor according to the report.

I think we all knew it was only a matter of time before he got into trouble again.

Thanks. I think it's a pretty good way of showing my "Fanhood" for all of the teams I support.

Back on topic.......Pacman's an idiot image
  • What a shock!

But Randy Moss, Chad Johnson, etc are the bad guys. I'll take them on my team anyday, you'll never see either of those guys in a story like this.
    Am I speaking Chinese?

The nerve of that hotel to ask him to pay his bill.

I heard on ESPN Español, that Pacman is being traded to the Eagles for Brian Westbrook, Donovan Mcnabb and Andy Reid's mobile soup kitchen.

Of course, I cut all my Spanish classes in school but I'm pretty sure that's what I heard.

Might not be up to Jerry to decide PM's fate. The league may have the final say. My thought's? How stupid is really really stupid? He probably rained more money in 10 minutes at the strip club than the hotel bill was. Absolutely a waste of talent.

Well duh ya think? Don't they usually have the last word. I wasn't implying that the league wouldn't do something. I was just stating that Jerry wouldn't.image
