Framing 2006 B-18 Blankets

Has anyone found a decent place to double mat these items in a professional frame (diamond shaped) for a resaonable price? These are similar to the much more vintage B-18 versions of the same.

These cannot be more than 5x5 inches and the costs I am being quoted for mating and framing are ridiculous..
