Does anyone know any any "out of the box" solutions for building websites for selling coin

I know it is easy enought to build a website to sell coins but is there any "out of the box" software out there anyone knows of?

I used Network Solutions basic E Commerce package, cheap and easy.
I had never done anything at all " web related" except Ebay, and had my site up and selling in less than 48 hours. The support is excellent, and it is VERY cost effective with ZERO transaction fees........

i work at an ISP and the software above is ran on our servers.
i have even set some up. you can basically get an account on a cpanel
box that even has some of these ready to go for you.

pretty easy stuff actually if you can get someone else to install it.
you manage it all from the web interface.

i just pulled this fast from google but i do realize there is more out
there. but this should get you started. not for just coins.. but a general
purpose shopping/ecommerce software that is open source.
