Ed Hochuli

Blowing more calls on Monday Night.

An obvious facemask non-call and now misses a fumble by Peterson.

That was not a fumble by Peterson, as replay showed. And don't insult Guns Hochuli. He may wrap his Guns around you and squeeze you to death.

I believe it was a fumble. His hand may have still been in contact with teh ball but it was coming out and he was not controlling it when his knee touched. I think it should be a fumble.

  • When I first saw the replay I too thought it was a fumble. I think it was an excellent explanation as well. The ball was not freely loose until his knee was down. Tough call though.

I guess he got those guns by reaching into his back pocket so many times. Anyone remember when the throat slash was legal? Ahhh
    those were the days!

I agree. The question should be was he controlling it, it was coming out so unless he wanted to drop it, I would say no. Its a fumble. Peterson rocks though....he will get his this season.
