Does the frost amount matter or is it more the depth of the fields?

I might go PL but if you are looking to slab it, unless you think it is a 66 or 67, just go and buy one already slabbed. Just about every other one is PL so finding one slabbed wont be a difficult chore.

I think it has a chance, but the frost break on the reverse on the wing tips might keep it out. I've seen coins with less frost in holders. ANACS might give it "obv proof like."

Would only be worth slabbing, if it also makes 65 or better. I think it has a shot at 65, but not a lock. The frost break or mark on the obverse neck and lower cheek are distracting. That is one negative with proof like coins, the marks are highlighted.

At PCGS, I doubt it. It is extremely rare that they will PL a toned Morgan these days. Doesn't mean it isn't a PL though. I can't tell you for sure form the images, and I have been doing prooflike Morgans for a long time. I will say, it isn't worth slabbing. Nice 80-S Morgans are common as water in Minnesota and that isn't a gem 65. Might look nice in a Dansco though.
