OK Darksiders, is this normal???

I was digging through some slabbed darkside coins I have, and ran across this.

Here is a 1972 Proof Nicaragua Cordoba, notice the flip over orentation of the coin.

Here is a 1972 Proof Nicaragua 50 Centavo, notice that the coin is struck with a rotation 180 degrees.

IS THIS NORMAL???

I know some countries have issued business strikes with coin rotation and proofs with medal rotation (or vice versa), but since both of those are proofs, I'm out of ideas.

    Interesting.

KM says that both should have "coin rotation", so something's up somewhere.
