An amazing show packed with tons of people and a great variety of classic coins and bullion. This show was busier than the 3 day show last month! I looked at quite a few coins today, but only bought two. One of them is a 1813 Classic Head large cent, and the other is a 1823 large cent. Both of these were from Tom Hyland. The other item I purchased was a 50 cent Lincoln Fractional. I wish I had time to look around more, but had to leave early for my nephew's birthday party.
Everywhere people were discussing the economy and what gold & silver will do. Silver in large quantities was scarce. Common Morgans were plentiful though. I sold a roll of average to low grade morgans for $310 which was less than what I wanted, but it was good to have cash in hand. There was a decent amount of gold being bought/sold as well. It seemed like there were a few new dealers at this show that attended the 3 dayer. Hopefully they will become regulars. A few dealers were not present such as Jon of scarsdale coin as he attended the White Plains show. But it is amazing that from 9am to 12:30, the show floor was well packed. I know this economy is bad, but it seems like dedicated collectors are still showing up.

Yes you should have...you silly boy!!!
Very busy show today... I made quite a few sales... no "big" pieces but a full range of coin types...
Morgans, Buffalos, SLQ's, Seated and Bust...even a Commem...
From 8 until 1 the place was busy... then it was like a vacuum cleaner... and off folks went to enjoy other endeavors on a sunny fall Sunday...

I thought that the show was a bit slow for Parsippany. Decent traffic, but not as heavy as usual. Glad to hear that you bought from Tom H. He is a great guy. One barometer of traffic in Parsippany - Tom had his cases filled. Many sundays there are too many people buying and Tom does not get to put out his case coins until close to lunch.
I was only there to sell. I sold most of what I brought, to a handful of dealers. Many grumbles about things being a bit slow with the economy, but dealers still buying for inventory so not too bad. BTW - I sold every coin that had a CAC sticker and only about half that did not. Say what you will about the green beans - they help me move coins.
