How many years past will PCGS grant FS label??

Perhaps like many I still have some earlier US Mint purchases that I've never opened.
If postmarks could be shown to be within 30 days of issue would PCGS give a FS label to say a Silver Proof Eagle from 1998??

I don't think so. I've seen First Strike Silver American Eagles from 1994 and before. I guess people submitted original Green Monster Boxes with the date tags still on them.
