Will PCGS accept a 4 coin eagle set and grade only 2??

If you have a sealed 4 coin set and you want to submit it for FS and grading for only 2 of the 4 coins will they accept the set and grade 2 as requested and return other 2 coins ungraded??

Cost to value ratio is pretty small on some of the 1/10th ounce coins.
