Coin 1 looks to be Italian States, Naples. Issued under Gioacchino Napoleon (Joachim Murat). Unsure of the denomination, but here's a similar one:

Coin 2 I think is a British trade token. Maybe Canadian. Someone else will know.

The year is right for a Canadian token but I can't find it in Cross's. It probably is British.

  • Hans,
Your second piece is a copper 1 Penny trader's currency token from Redruth,Cornwall (England). The obverse depicts the head of a mineshaft with the inscription 'CORNISH PENNY'.The reverse depicts some loaves of bread & a fish. The reverse inscription is 'FOR THE ACCOMMODATION OF THE COUNTY.

I have got a couple of these.

Well done on the great find!

    Aidan.
