Ebay selling at End of the Month = No discount

I just noticed that I've been invoiced for sales on Sept 28th. Lets say that is all I sold for the month.
Nobody has left feedback yet, thus no discount. Feedback will be available for a discount at the end of October, yet, if I don't sell anything in October, I pretty much lose.
This is a flaw in the Ebay's policy, for users, not Ebay.
The solution, I guess, is you need to sell at the beginning/middle of the month.
Just something I noticed, you might want to think about.
