IMO, this barely reaches the VF-30 grade.

Beautiful looking coin and although I don't collect Bust Dollars
I've seen enough of them to agree with the new grade. There's
alot of detail left on that coin and a VF 20 grade was an insult.

I like the look. Definitely better than a 20. I suspect the PCGS grader accounted for strike weakness.
