something very disturbing - Brewers fans

Have you guys seen this site yet? 26 years out of the playoffs makes people do weird things. I'm a Brewers fan, but I have to say this site immediately makes me thinks of the phrase "act like you've been there before." Check this site out. And yes, it has video.

    I really don't see much wrong with it.

    This is the kind of thing where the idea of it is funny, and the media will pick it up, and it's this neat little thing for a while. But when it comes time to actually go through with it, it instantly becomes creepy and gross, and an absolutely horrible idea. image

    More disturbing for Brewers fans is throwing a guy out there for Game #1 that has pitched like 10 innings all year...go figure, he walks like 5 guys in 3 innings!!!

    he's a very good young pitcher though. the alternatives, like parra (collapsed late in the year), suppan (sucks) and bush (only pitches well at home) were worse. he'll be their ace next year.

    I met Ed Gein once. Back about 1974 when I was a cub reporter for the Waushara Argus and he was returned to county court for a sanity hearing. The network newspeople were all gathered in the back of the courtroom trying to decide whether he name was pronounced Geen or Gyne; so I walked up to the front of the room and asked him. He preferred Geen.
