I've got a 1960 birth year proof set still in its cellophane, but no scan of it.
Eisenhower was still in office when they were issued, so it is at the pinnacle of the post-war De-Luxe era of American consumerism, just prior to Kennedy's "New Frontier" administration. After 1960, things became quite unsteady.
