JSA

Has anybody had any problems with JSA lately.

I sent two cards to be authenicated and slabbed in early August.

I have called and send emails asking for the status and get no meaningful reply or answer.

The one email response indicated my cards were being tied in Customs . Yes that is what they said

When I call I get a response that someone will call me back. Never happens

Does anybody have a contact at JSA that I could call.

I am thinking about filing complaint with the USPS

My fear is that my cards are gone

Thanks

I had a bad experience with them recently.

They wouldn't authenticate my Sal Bando 8x10. I really don't know why?

    I live Rhode Island

The cards got to NJ in 2 days in early August

They have not made to Beckett ( According to Becket) as last week.

This why I find this whole thing disturbing, this part of the email I got from JSA on 9/9

My question is where my two cards ?

JSA answer : I believe it was delayed due
    to weather and customs.

If this is a joke it not funny.

    Be careful dealing with JSA.

    << <i>weather and customs >>

I can see the weather thing a little bit. With the hurricane, I'm sure mail was delayed a few days.

But, customs?? From RI to NJ and then to TX....that's just dumb.

edit to add: What cards were they?
