1794 Starred Reverse

Thought this was pretty cool. I remember reading about one many years ago, but still find it intriguing. Anyone here own one?

    Are the reverse numbers recut?

Dunno why but the 100 looks like it was originally a 200...

Edited "Is" to "Was" because "Is" was inappropriate when refering to the plural "numbers"
So do you admit to not denying that you didn't understand that last sentence? Then my work is done here...

I've never owned one, but I've always thought they were neat.

Several years ago I cherrypicked a circulated US Civil War token from a bulk lot of cheap foreign coins (it was about the only decent thing I found in the bag).

It had a similar starred border beneath its denticles. Pretty cool, I thought.

I know the location of one, but the auld farte won't part with it. He's too proud of himself for having picked it out of a junk box 30 years ago.
