Is this coin AT or NT, and why? It is also my 2,000th Post. I have a Morgan Silver Dollar for the person who's birthday is closest to my eldest daughters. I will pull the winner by Tuesday 12:00 pm.

It appears to me to be incomplete cleaning of dip solution that altered the toning after encapsulation.

When I was at ANA Summer Seminar they showed us an entire display case (16 coins). All were in respectable slabs. 13 of them were AT. That was the exercise. It was an eye opener. DO NOT let the plastic fool you.

From the pics the coin looks NT to me but I don't think that type of toning actually helps the price of a coin.
