WTB - Looking for a 1928 S Peace Dollar

I have a friend who is turning 80 Nov. 1, I would like to give him a Peace Dollar from his birth year.
Would like it slabbed, only so it can be "displayed", I don't care by who or grade or mint.
(hope to get a nice looking one, don't want to spend a lot of money, something in the $30 range)
Even in a "plastic hold" would be fine.

I just want to let you know that 1928 peace dollars go for $300 plus so you will never get one for $30

You may want to make your title 1928-S Peace Dollars...I can't remember how much they run but you should be able to get a decent one for $50.00

Yep, if you want a Peace Dollar from 1928 it would have to be a 1928-S if you want one in that price range.

I dont think you will find a certified 28-S for your price range,but here looks like a nice one that you can put in a holder yourself.1928-S Peace dollar.
