Two problems here.

1. NASCAR is not a sport.
2. Even if it was a sport, they do not play "games" therefore there can't be "game-used" NASCAR anything.

Nascar is a sport, a motorsport

"Game used" is just a generic term. Game used, memorabilia card...same thing.
