I give it a 3.5 maybe a 4.1 on a on good day and a really drunk day a 4.5 . oh well just my opinion.

I think PSA allows, or gives a little bit of a break for cards that were used as tooth picks.

Looks like a 4 to me.

Also the card is not centered as bad as it appears. It has slid over a lil.

With that said it is not even a 4.5 IMO.

Should have never got the .5, that's for sure. It doesn't matter what grade it got, no .5.
